Prosciutto and Brie Fig Crostini
Simple and festive prosciutto and brie fig crostini topped with thyme that are the perfect savory start to any holiday meal.
- 1 baguette
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- kosher salt
- black pepper
- 6-8 ounces fig jam
- 8-10 ounces brie
- 8-10 ounces prosciutto
- 10 figs, quartered
- thyme, fresh
- Slice the baguette into 1/4-1/2 inch thick slices. In a small bowl, combine olive oil with some salt and pepper. Brush each slice of bread with olive oil, then briefly toast in toaster oven or oven until golden.
- Spread fig jam on each toast, top with a slice of brie, then a piece of prosciutto.
- Top with fresh figs, thyme, additional black pepper, and enjoy!
