Prosciutto and Brie Fig Crostini

Simple and festive prosciutto and brie fig crostini topped with thyme that are the perfect savory start to any holiday meal.


  • 1 baguette
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper
  • 6-8 ounces fig jam
  • 8-10 ounces brie
  • 8-10 ounces prosciutto
  • 10 figs, quartered
  • thyme, fresh


  1. Slice the baguette into 1/4-1/2 inch thick slices. In a small bowl, combine olive oil with some salt and pepper. Brush each slice of bread with olive oil, then briefly toast in toaster oven or oven until golden.
  2. Spread fig jam on each toast, top with a slice of brie, then a piece of prosciutto.
  3. Top with fresh figs, thyme, additional black pepper, and enjoy!
