Orange and lemon slices, for garnish, optionally dried
Instructions
Add sugar and orange zest to a small plate. Massage the sugar and orange zest together and set aside. Use part of an orange slice to line the sides of 2 tall glasses, then press them into the orange zest sugar until coated. Add ice to glasses.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add orange juice, pineapple juice, and lemon juice to the shaker, shake well, and strain into ice filled glasses.
Pour grenadine slowly down the side of the glass, then top with bitters if using. Top with club soda or seltzer and garnish with additional orange and lemon slices.
